The Diversion Control Division of the Drug Enforcement Administration is pleased to present a webinar covering CMEA registration and recordkeeping requirements. This Act primarily affects persons selling products containing the List I chemicals ephedrine, pseudoephedrine and phenylpropanolamine. Please see Agenda. The webinar is scheduled for Thursday, December 4, 2025 from 1:00pm-2:00pm EST on Zoom.
There is no registration fee for this event. Capacity is limited to the first 3,000 attendees.
The speaker will provide information regarding the following:
- A review of the Combat Methamphetamine Epidemic Act
- A review of registration requirements to include training and self-certification
- A review of recordkeeping requirements to include maintaining a logbook, displaying of warning notices, reporting suspicious orders, and reporting thefts and losses
- A review of common inspection findings
